A 37,000 SF skilled care nursing building including a 4,000 SF out-patient therapy gym, dining hall, and connecting corridor to the existing building comprised this project. Our scope included all site work, site utilities, footings, foundations, and wood framed walls and roof. All mechanical, electrical, and plumbing as well as all finishes to complete the project were provided.

During that design process a guaranteed maximum price is established based on documents prepared by the design team and approved by the owner. We then manage the construction project to keep costs from exceeding that guaranteed maximum price. We also perform construction tasks for work packages in which Shores Builders is the low bidder. Self-performing these packages allows Shores Builders to help control and expedite the schedule.
