The shopping center has the ability to house up to 10 stores or as few as 7 with the ability to remove demising walls to increase spaces. The building was finished out into a “white box” space with concrete floors and lay-in ceilings.

Design Build/ Construction Management

We provide pre-construction services to the owner and the architect early in the design process to help develop project budgets. During that design process a guaranteed maximum price is established based on documents prepared by the design team and approved by the owner. We then manage the construction project to keep costs from exceeding that guaranteed maximum price. We also perform construction tasks for work packages in which Shores Builders is the low bidder. Self-performing these packages allows Shores Builders to help control and expedite the schedule.
