Our role on this project included construction management and self-perform packages on site work, concrete, and carpentry. The hotel includes 61 guest rooms, an indoor pool, fitness room, meeting rooms, breakfast area, laundry room, and large 2 story lobby. Stamped and stained concrete was utilized at all of the entrances and large patio area. Project was complete two months ahead of schedule.

Design Build/ Construction Management

We provide pre-construction services to the owner and the architect early in the design process to help develop project budgets. During that design process a guaranteed maximum price is established based on documents prepared by the design team and approved by the owner. We then manage the construction project to keep costs from exceeding that guaranteed maximum price. We also perform construction tasks for work packages in which Shores Builders is the low bidder. Self-performing these packages allows Shores Builders to help control and expedite the schedule.
