Working with McCarty Building Corporation to move 250,000 CY of Dirt, place approx. 3.5 miles of storm sewer ranging from 6” PVC to 84” reinforced concrete pipe, install two 12’ dia., 25’ deep storm pump structures, and install the site sanitary sewer system.

We provide pre-construction services to the owner and the architect early in the design process to help develop project budgets. During that design process a guaranteed maximum price is established based on documents prepared by the design team and approved by the owner. We then manage the construction project to keep costs from exceeding that guaranteed maximum price. We also perform construction tasks for work packages in which Shores Builders is the low bidder. Self-performing these packages allows Shores Builders to help control and expedite the schedule.
