Shores Builders purchased the existing 45,000SF building for its office and warehouse. The building had the existing interior demolished down to the building slab and the exterior walls. We then reconstructed the front 8,000SF into our office areas and the rear of the building into our warehouse. We incorporated a new sprinkler system, new roofing, all new interior finishes, new lighting, and new HVAC. The exterior of the building received new paint, lighting, landscaping, irrigation, and concrete paving.

Design Build/ Construction Management

We provide pre-construction services to the owner and the architect early in the design process to help develop project budgets. During that design process a guaranteed maximum price is established based on documents prepared by the design team and approved by the owner. We then manage the construction project to keep costs from exceeding that guaranteed maximum price. We also perform construction tasks for work packages in which Shores Builders is the low bidder. Self-performing these packages allows Shores Builders to help control and expedite the schedule.

Our team performs General Contractor assignments on both a negotiated contract and a bid basis. We bring a team approach to projects, working closely with the owner and the design team to make sure the project goes uninterrupted from ground breaking to ribbon cutting.
