Our role on this project included construction management and self-perform packages on site work, concrete, and carpentry. The shopping center has the ability to house up to 10 stores or as few as 7 with the ability to remove demising walls to increase spaces. The building was finished out into a “white box” space with concrete floors and lay-in ceilings.
